The service and delivery was excellent. Telephoned the sales dept about a faulty pair of shoes which was the second time of replacing. They put a replacment pair in the post which arrived in 2 working days.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m so sorry that these shoes have clearly proven to be faulty. Our quality control team does their very best to check as many items as possible before they are released, but given the sheer volume of stock it is not practical to check every item. Mistakes of this nature are however very rare and I do hope this has not deterred you from ordering from us again
