Unfortunately we suffer from a level of fraudulent orders and because of the high value of your order our system took the precaution of asking payment by direct transfer. Oh dear, this is disappointing to read. It is exceptionally rare for items to fail our tight quality control checks and for this we sincerely apologise. Its such a shame that these shoes were not a perfect fit for your husband. As with any new shoe there will be a wearing in process for some of our customers. Poor packaging. Instead of cost of supplying cardboard covers for shoe boxes money would be better spent on a more substantial form of packaging so that there is something to use for returns. All other mail order companies I use send goods either in a box or a plastic bag which can be reused for returns. Product rating : Limited choice of styles of chinos for young. My 24 and 21 year old sons and their friends prefer a more fitted style - these were very baggy in the leg. Read more	Thanks for the feedback. By way of explanation we provide a free returns service (at considerable cost to ourselves) but without increasing our prices I am afraid that we cannot meet the cost of including a returns bag/packaging with every order, especially when only a small proportion of orders are returned. It’s a shame that the Chinos were not a perfect fit for your sons, I can confirm that we have received your return and that I have let our Product Design Team know about your comments about perhaps offering different styles in the Chinos.
