I've always liked the various styles and superb designs available from the Samuel Windsor catalogue, so decided to give them another go. How pleased I am that I did! Product rating : I have to say that the quality of these shoes, from the 'Prestige Collection', is absolutely first class, and at a very good price. I think they are probably one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned! If this is the quality one can now expect from Samuel Windsor, then I'm pleased to say "I'll be back". Samuel Windsor just got the whole logistics thing wrong. Read more	I sincerely apologise for this and for the delay caused to the despatch of your order! Unfortunately we suffer from a level of fraudulent orders and because of the high value of your order and that this is the first time you have placed an order with Samuel Windsor our system took the precaution of delaying despatch to carry out further identification checks. This, in no way means that we suspect you of fraud, it is just a frustrating process that we both as innocent parties are put to because of a small minority of credit card fraudsters. My sincere apologies once again however I can assure you this will not happen again in the future.

Having to sit at home all day for the courier company to deliver at their pleasure is not on. Money is hard to come by and Samuel Windsor delivering system is making it harder to spend. The present courier company they have is no different from the previous. This would surely scare away some customers. Customers can however ask for deliveries to be left in a safe place to avoid waiting in if they so wish.

Very late in the day, you said you had only one of them. Not good enough! Product rating : Extremely narrow fitting. The only pair of shoes I have had from you which have not been comfortable. Read more	The stock levels on our websites are updated every 30 minutes but due to the success of this particular offer we sold out of one of the pairs of slippers during this 30 minute period. During the past few weeks we have upgrading this part of our website, which should prevent any reoccurrence of this error.

I have just checked and we received your shoes back yesterday, the replacement was sent by our courier partner DX and should be with by Friday.
