I am sorry for the delay but I hope you don’t mind me pointing out that the delay was advertised on our web site before you placed the order, on your order confirmation email and we kept you up to date with an emailsent on the 13th July. Having checked your account today I can see that the shoes have been despatched today and will arrive with you in the next 48 hours. We are always very sorry when there are stock delays and this is no exception.
