Saying that, the returns service and subsequent receipt of the correct item was very good. Read more	Ooops ! It would appear that the person packing your order sent you the incorrect shirt. I see that the correct shirt was sent by express delivery the next working day after you contacted us and hope that you will forgive us for the mistake.

Our suppliers are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the shoes that have been boxed wrongly. We do take measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene.
