Had to wait for stock to arrive; when it did and was sent it was sent to the wrong address.. Had to wait for stock again and eventually received order.

Very sorry to hear of the problems you have encountered. Very few our despatches are sent to the wrong address by the couriers but I do sympathise with how frustrating it is when this happens to you. We were generally happy with Yodel; however, feedback such as yours has meant we will no longer be using them as our courier company. We are now using an alternative courier who provide a far more efficient and reliable service. My apologies again !
