4 pairs were returned as they were flimsy and - in one case - seemed strangely cut.
No acknowledgement received yet (30/07/12)
Disappointing as previous purchases have been fine.
I will now think twice before ordering anything else

Really sorry to hear that your Desert Boots have not met your expectations. I have taken a look at your account and can see that you have taken advantage of the Samuel Windsor 30 day worn or unworn guarantee. I can confirm that the shoes have been received back and the refund was issued on the 2nd of August.
