19-May	Prestige Chelsea Boots: Brown Suede	Service Product	Service rating : I've been pleased with products I've had until this order. This time wasn't good. Product rating : I ordered two pairs. Both pairs had damage. One had the suede split across the back of the heel and the other had suede marked by whatever is used to colour the sole. I manage to make one good pair out of the two and sent the other pair back - and in addition both pairs were a lot lighter in colour than those shown in the brochure and much lighter than the previous pair I ordered and still wear. I've looked at your more expansive range but' you don't have the style or colour I require. I may try the half brogues in black to see if the quality of the cut and lether doesn't allow them to gape at the sides. Otherwise please with the servic.. return service good. Product rating : I'm so sorry I had to return the shoes they were what I was expecting and a good fit, except they gap[ed badly and were ill fitting at the sides as if the sides of the shoes were cut too low.
