By way of feedback the delivery provided bt DX was shambolic;
I placed the order and recieved order confirmation on the Monday from Windors.
I was notified by DX that they would be delivering the order on the Thursday and made arrangements for someone to be for collection only to be told late on the day that delivery would now be made on the Friday.
No delivery was made on the Friday by DX despite being told on the Thursday that delivery would be made.
I was then guarenteed that the delivery would be made with me on the Saturday before noon (I did expain to DX that the shoes were required for a family wedding) and they did not arrive until after 14:00hrs by which time I had gone.
All in all great shoes, however the delivery provided by DX was very poor. I also paid and extra £5 - £6 pounds for express delivery on a pair of shoes which was eventually late. PS I only live 3 miles from Skelmersdale.
Would be grateful if some form of goodwill could be provided by Windsor's by way of refunding me the express delivery charge!!!
