Received wrong size shirt even though order said size 16 invoice received said size 16 shirt was size 17 Then had the bother of sending it back and awaiting you to return correct size Because of this nearly sent the whole order back for refund

I am so sorry about this. Our warehouse staff are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the incorrectly sized shirt. Please consider this a one-off situation and not likely to repeat since all of your previous orders went smoothly. We'll be in touch to get this resolved. My apologies again!
