It’s such a shame that the fit of these shoes isn’t quite right for you! The dimensions of our shoes are largely based on the feedback we receive from our customers so we’ll be taking your comments on board as well. We wouldn’t want you to hold onto anything from us that you weren’t going to wear so I’m pleased to see that you are going to return these to us for an exchange or refund.
