I have tried returning the Jacket product back to you in order to exchange it for the past fortnight and the courier company who have been tasked to collect have yet to do so and have stated they have tried on two occassions to collect which is not true as they have left no claling card whatsover in my house. The instructions for collection are quite clear and the parcel each day has been left on the proch of the summer house in the rear garden however the courier service has failed to see this or not bothered - I am very disapointed in your returns service and I am still awaiting the parcels collection from the courier

I am so very sorry about this. We have chased the courier company to collect this for you and unfortunately this just has not happened. This is not our usual standard of service and I can only apologise. We'll give you a call to get this sorted out.
