Wrong size shoes delivered in error. When notified, correct size out of stock, Returns service failed. Refund was only processed after I had to contact them more than a month later, with no explanation for the delay.

Thank you fo ryour valued feedback and please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this mix up. Our warehouse staff are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the incorrectly sized shoes. We do take measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene.
By the time your replacement order reached our warehouse we had totally run out of the shoes in the size you required. As we are unable to obtain fresh supplies we had no alternative but to refund you for the shoes. I can assure you there was no ulterior motive at work here, as a business we do not want to be refunding for goods we are unable to supply. Please be assured that the saga you have been through is in no way representative of the high levels of service we usually offer our customers and we are sorry that we could not fulfil your order on this occasion.
