I was very dissapointed with these shoes,the quality was poor and the tongue hadn't been fixed properly, I have bought from Samuel Windsor previously and the shoes are normally very well made and excellent quality...so although I have had a bad experience this time I will be buying from them again in the future!

I’m so sorry that these shoes have clearly proven to be faulty. Our quality control team does their very best to check as many items as possible before they are released, but given the sheer volume of stock it is not practical to check every item. Mistakes of this nature are however very rare and I do hope this has not deterred you from ordering from us again
