I may try the half brogues in black to see if the quality of the cut and lether doesn't allow them to gape at the sides. Otherwise please with the servic.. return service good. I'm now told that the pants are out of stock and none would be sent. What an absolute waste of my time. Need to get your systems sorted out. We do have systems in place that prevent suit components being part shipped but on this rare occasion it appears that this system failed. 15-May	Prestige Brogue: Brown	Service Product	Service rating : The service was first class. I had seen some comments regarding lack of delivery information, in my case it was very good. Product rating : Firstly I must say that I did return my first pair as there was an imperfection on one of the heels. That said the exchange was slick and very quick given the fact there was a bank holiday in the way. The shoes, I doubt very much if you will find a better pair of shoes not only for the money, but for a lot more too. The uppers have lovely detail and the colour is absolutely spot on. The leather is a fine quality and the cut and stitching looks very good indeed. They are very comfortable and have been from day one with no bedding in time. The fact they have all leather uppers is a big plus. The Goodyear soles are not only great looking but they give a great feel to your foot when walking on any terrain. I doubt very much if you will be dissatisfied with them as I too had read the reviews and was doubtful but trust me thy very good indeed. Read more	Wow ! This is great feedback. I see that the correct shirt was sent by express delivery the next working day after you contacted us and hope that you will forgive us for the mistake.

Our suppliers are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent you the shoes that have been boxed wrongly. We do take measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene.
