I ordered the shoes in January and they arrived in June. The delivery date was put back 3 times, and on numerous occasions when I phoned I was assured they were still out of stock. I eventually asked to speak to the manager who went down to the warehouse, picked up two pairs off the shelf and sent them to me instantly. I simply do not understand why this happened. Frustrating as I really like the shoes.

I'm very sorry for the delay in supplying the shoes. We always try to keep full stock levels but I hope you don’t mind me pointing out that the delay was advertised on our web site before you placed the order, on your order confirmation email and we kept you up to date with several emails. I can see that we were able to manually transfer stock from our retail outlet to satisfy your order and I am thrilled you are so pleased with your purchase.
