Good customer service about the return. Unfortunately the product didn't live up to the company's reputation. I couldn't believe the product replacement was as bad as the first dispatch. Very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry that you have received two pairs of boots in such a terrible condition. We have identified that a number of boots were affected by humidity in transit to us. This created mould on the shoe but not the external packaging. Our quality control checks did not identify this issue and some of the affected boots were unfortunately despatched to our customers. We now have measures in place to ensure that this cannot happen again.
I am sorry that the replacement pair of boots has also clearly proven to be incorrectly manufactured. Having checked your account I can see that we have now received both pairs of boots back and a full refund has been issued to you. Mistakes of this nature are however very rare and I do hope this has not deterred you from ordering from us again.

|For the product, if there was a category scoring worse than bad then it would have been selected. The product arrived in a disgusting condition (covered with mould) and it was replaced by an equally substandard product that was falling apart. I have wasted my time and money on a product that was heavily promoted.|
