Product rating : I've purchased maybe 15 items of various styles of Safe-Light over the years and they have all performed excellently since the earliest purchase, maybe 10 or 15 years ago. A great procuct I'd recommend to anyone and everyone!

Service rating : A little odd ordering a US built product that is shipped from overseas, but their website explains why it's setup that way, and the shipping cost was discounted, so it's the same as being shipped from within the US. I am happy with the transaction and the speed of shipping.
Product rating : A very unique product. I ordered two of the "handyman" model. These have a wider beam that does not have a long range. Even on highbeam mode they are not super bright, but adequate. My girlfriend and I have been using them as travel lights. They stay next to the bed on glow mode, they were excellent peace of mind on our recent cruise vacation. Glow mode is just bright enough to make it to the bathroom without waking each other up. Low beam is sufficient for most tasks without losing night vision. The high beam I believe would have been sufficient to get us out of our cabin and above decks in an emergency situation. I would rather have had the "Survival" model with its lanlard attachment loop and narrow beam AND the option to turn off the glow mode. That option is why I went with the Handyman.

Service rating : Very personal service and good prompt follow-up. Very fast shipping. Overseas got to me faster than several other orders I made before the Safe-light order.
Product rating : Great product. A little on the expensive side, but still worthwhile-- and additional colors would be nice. Yellow, pink and maybe a kids themed model would be good to calm anxiety during a blackout.

Product rating : Love the execution of the light. However a stronger lens material may need to be considered as the current version scratches fairly easily. Gorilla Glass would be my recommendation.

The communication was excellent & will order again.
Product rating : We used these as gifts during Christmas and everyone loved them and have been using them in their flying jobs. Some senior leaders have seen them an are going to get some for their squadrons. The box's are perfect and easy to wrap and store.

Service rating : They have produced a superior product for years. I feel confident that when I place an order that quality control will not be an isue.
Product rating : I have used the product for 8 years and never have had a problem. I have given numerous PALights to my friends and they have always called to tell me about a power outage or storm and how the "glow" made it easy to find the light in the "junk drawer" when the lights were out. The reliability is great.

Product rating : I've had 2 of these before, made a gift of 2 more and wouldn't be without one, use it regularly at home and for work surveys. The outer case is made of rubber making it durable, corners rounded so fits well in your hand and won't punch holes in your pocket! They're compact and uses a PP9 battery power efficiently for the light they give out. It has an always on glow on the lowest setting which is an unobtrusive light when others are sleeping so I leave mine at the bedside as a reference point without needing to turn lights on when I turn in late....
