Rather than "hard sell", they simply left me alone, providing information just when I requested it. I ordered the keyboard subsequently online (minimal differential with other online costs) and Rose Morris kept me well informed of delivery schedule, followed up when the keyboard was delivered (it was delivered on time)... in short, their service was exemplary. I ended up getting a case from them and would probably buy from them because of price. Online selling costs less than shop selling, so really you should have a different price online. However your service was fab, I used to buy most of my stuff from you guys, guitars, keyboards etc, but it's not easy when UK stores are always more expensive than the European ones.... Product rating : I heard about Gorilla Snot from aa drummer friend but wasn't sure if it really existed. My hands dry out in this cold weather and I find myself dropping my guitar pick during gigs.
