Service rating : Really helpful, gave great advice about measurements/fitting when I phoned them and the blinds where delivered very quickly and well packaged.
Product rating : For the price (I got them in the sale) the quality is good, we got five blinds to hang in the five windows of our bay window them and they do a very good job, not only do they keep the sun out of our little ones eyes in our south facing front room and also keeps the room lovely and cool, they can be adjusted really easily too.
The only negative I could say is that if you were relying on them at night (we have curtains too) they might not be thick enough i.e. you might see through them a bit.

Product rating : these blinds are supposedly cotton, but they don't feel or look like cotton. on the other hand, they are fine and well made.
it would be lovely if you also had the pull mechanism available in metal, like some of the better blinds, as i find the plastic ones break quite often and i have admired the metal ones in friends' homes. thank you.
