Haven't had chance to use product yet but impressed with rapid delivery particularly that on the day its to be delivered they give (and hit) a one hour delivery time - much better than hanging about for a whole day or even am/pm. Did note my card transaction was initially refused even though the card was OK and regularly used for other online transactions.

Service rating : Excellent service. Goods quickly dispatched and well packaged.
Product rating : Its slow going and not the answer to all paint stripping requirements. I have some very intricate stone mouldings around my front door which requires huge quantities of Peel Away and is not 100% successful. Also has left some paint on the Bathstone sills, despite repeated applications. I've had to remove this with diamond abrasive pads - obviously I can't use these pads on the detailed mouldings.
