Service rating : When ordered in mid April I was advised that the item was out of stock but would be available at the beginning of May. In the event i received it on Thursday or Friday 16/ 17th May after I had made a telephone call to your organisation.
Product rating : It did not work on receipt. I spent more than two hours to dignose the problemn which turned out to be a blocked delivery pipe. I am extremely disappointed that an organisation such as RNLI which I support regularly as a Governon Member should supply such poor equipment so belatedly

Product rating : I think the size of logo used for the membership category is a bit OTT. The previous logo was incorporated in the RNLI badge and was quite acceptable. Why change?
