I am very sorry to hear the Magic Stitch sewing machine did not meet your expectations. I have passed this issue on to our buying office, they are looking into this and will get back to me.

Magic Stitch Sewing Machine

This machine is rubbish. I have not yet been able to get it to work and the instructions and diagrams are very hard to follow. This product is not up to your usual standard, in fact it is a complete waste of money.
