To be able to shop on line is a huge advantage as I live in the Midlands and cannot get to an RNLI shop on the coast. However I found it frustrating that I had to wait seven working days to receive my goods. Most online shopping is received within 48 hours. I also received an acknowledgement of my shopping by email which was great but then I received a hard copy letter in the post - unecessary expenditure in my opinion. On the whole I found the shopping experience on line good.
