Royal Mail charge us the same price for every parcel, regardless of its size and shape. We pass that cost on, so it can seem a bit expensive for smaller parcels, but good value for bigger parcels.

The product advertised, pictured and described on the website is the one that was sent. The formulation has changed over the years though - they used to be like the classic Thailand coils but they have been replaced by a product that produces less smoke and particulates that are harmful to humans. The new product is also easier to use because it is less brittle and easier to handle.
