Service rating : Great website and an efficient sales service massively let down by very slow and very inefficient customer services. Try not to ask questions and avoid returning things.Product rating : Seemingly well made and with a kind of convenient holder, the main issue I have with this set is the somewhat ridiculous oversupply of sockets. I suspect, someone thought about the biggest and smallest sizes and just decided to fill in the gaps. You simply wont need the majority of these items. That said the economics of bundled items do apply and buying the individual sockets would have cost me similar money...

Service rating : The jacket was delivered promptly.Product rating : The jacket is a well made, nice fit, very light and packable and good value for money. However it is short, about waist length, and so not as useful as a commuter rain jacket as we had hoped.
I have been unable to unsubscribe. When I select it, the site doesnpt work . I do not wish to receive any advertising from them, they are prolific and I get lots that I don't want.

Service rating : I've ordered my items in March 3rd, and it's now May 15th and I still haven't received any of my items. I am very dissatisfied with the service I have been receiving let alone the lack of communication on their end. I have been constantly emailing them about the inquiry of my order and even filled out a non-goods disclaimer form they sent me and had me fill out and sign and send it back via email 7 times. This has become beyond ridiculous! No one has seemed to resolved the problem and its made me very unhappy and go through so much trouble for $240.00 worth of gear.Product rating : THIS ITEM WAS NEVER RECEIVED OR DELIVERED!!!!!! Something has changed with the way PBK is running. Used to be good. Took 5 weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did it was incorrect. Trying to reach someone via email to assist was next to impossible. When I did receive replies they had no content that could assist me, and they were sometimes weeks late. Returns process is turning out to be just as bad. I sent back incorrect goods 3 weeks ago Priority Mail.
Service rating : bought 3 vittoria tubular tyre. received them ok but had to return them for an exchange because couldn't put an extension on to fit my Zipp 303. Date of return is march 18, we are now may 13 and haven't heard anything from you. So far cost me $200,00 plus dollars for NOTHNGProduct rating : How can i rate them, i don't have them
I've spent over a month getting a refund for an item of clothing I sent back to them. They are efficient at getting stuff sent out, but if it is anything you might need to send back be aware it takes ages and lots of chasing to get a refund.
