Wile I did purchase the insurance offered, I found the number of 'chasing' phone calls a little irritating as I had explained on numerous occasions that I was awaiting a second quotation before I intended making a decision.
Having said that I found the sales people to be helpful when explaining the policy elements .

Been trying for renual befor end of me policy two weeks and alwayse been told they phone me back but always no joy I had to chace it and still not recieved my renual document yet and have been a customer with you for the past 8 year I was let down this year ??????!

Landlord Insurance

Requested the full booklet from insurers twice by phone to send to my new tenant. Booklet never sent to me as requested. Insurance increased in cost substantially from last year when I was insuring two warehouses, now I only own one warehouse but the insurance is now roughly two thirds of the price so is poor value for money.
If I had not been so busy I would probably have insured with someone else.
This is disappointing as I was very pleased with last year's quote. You need to look after your existing customers far better!

Was contacted but unfortunatly did not have time to discuss my renewal, person then phoned back at 5pm just as we were locking the door, did not hear any more therefore my policy rolled over at a higher price than I was quoted by another firm, will not be re newing next year!
