Service rating : Very inpersonal service when checking in, room was good but basic, would have been nice to have a kettle and ability to make coffee and tea, something that almost every hotel has nowadays. very clean though. breakfast was substantiall but tasteless and uninspiring. was there for four days but only was in the adventure park for an hour, was very angry about the express ticket and lost all interest in the place when I saw the prices being charged for food and drink and the quality of the same. Service rating : Hotel PortAventyra is beautiful and very clean. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast buffet has every hot and cold food you could want. We will definitely go back.Product rating : The holiday itself was great. The bus transfer let it down. Very unprofessional. We were waiting for an hour in very hot weather with no seats we had to sit on path, then bus driver strolls along and gets on bus. And on way home I couldn't get in contact with supplier to confirm reservation to go back to airport so I had to get public transport which is excellent and cheaper.
The service provided to us on holiday was excellent, room service was excellent, staff very friendly, and buffet breakfast was beautiful. We came here two years ago and stayed in the gold river hotel, where we were able to avail of the beach club free of charge and also we received free fast passes to some of the major rides, These extras have all been done away with and its a shame.

Really enjoyed holiday, Hotel Caribe was lovely but we had a bad problem with ants in our room and in our bed, our young son slept very little because of this, we did mention at reception and after second time they did offer to change rooms for us but as we only had 2 days left felt there was no point at that stage. other than that everything was excellent, hotel staff friendly and helpful and food good. We did get at half price which was a resonalbe price to pay would love to go back next yea (without the ants) but don't think I would pay the full price

Service rating : Rooms were too compact. All inclusive should have extended to the park or at least your full serving of a meal - we found we had to pay for chips to go with a pizza Eventhough we weren't having starters (jeremia's), not all children eat starters and having pAid for all inclusive, these little things can be irritating. Shuttle service was excellent to and from park.Product rating : Would be helpful to be able to package the holiday so not to have to arrange flights etc separately. Low deposit for booking is great.
The place was great, clean and staff were lovely. The service at reception/bar area was really really really slow seemed to be no sense of urgency. may i suggest putting familys in one block and people with no kids in another block. the noise was unbelieveable at all hours of the morning!
hotel Gold River quite isolated from other hotels in the theme park, it was impossible to walk to Salou as we had done from the other hotels. Room was not cleaned on one day, bathroom fan was broken which we reported but it was never fixed. Hotel, pool and staff pleasant,
would have been better if shambala had of been open and to make matters worse dragon khan was also closed the second day. I believe after coming from Ireland and having more days in Spain there should be some way of getting a cheaper ticket to come in for a couple of hours when 2 of the best rides were closed
