Fast, no fuss and easy to set up
I thought the buying experiance quick and efficient but did not quite grasp all the details prior to purchase. There did not seem to be a policy summary and as a result I have discovered I do not have legal cover as part of my policy. This means I did not compair like for like when checking quotes. A summary of cover would have been good.22-May-2013Very impressed with the quick and effective response to my concern which was addressed in full and the policy wording explained to show that legal cover is included but not as part of the limit of spend on any one claim, which is great.

Very good price compared to other companies looked at and the service was excellent; my policy arrived almost immediately. I will definitely recommend PolicyBee to my colleagues.
Excellent value for money. My only complaint is that it shows a breakdown for costs per element of the insurance (Prof. Indemnity, Employers Liab. etc.) during the initial quote, but this disappears once the quote is refined and the eventual policy purchased so there is no way to review how much each element is costing you as part of the overall premium.
The choices on the web site were a little confusing but overall it was easy to purchase insurance. I can't comment on their claims service and hope I don't have to...

Very smooth and uncomplicated
The entire 'experience' was so simple and straight forward. Many other insurance companies websites are so painful to use and you seem to have to give your entire life story and business details - for no reason at all. But Policy Bee has a very pleasing and easy to follow website. Very very happy!
