Service rating : The service by this company was excellent as we did have a problem with the product but this was dealt with in a very quick and helpfully manner. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.Product rating : The product is really good but I think that better packaging around the finials by the manufacturers is needed as two of them were broken on arrival. These were replaced very quickly.

We would not hesitate to recommend Poles and Tracks!Product rating : For years we had a pole in our bay window, with special curtain rings that were supposed to go over the brackets but never quite went over smoothly. We cannot believe the difference with the Superline track! Our curtains are extremely heavy and they glide along with ease. The method of bending the track to fit the bay was simple, and the quality of the track seems very high. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

They bent with the plastic insert in but the inside of the track also bend making it impossible for the gliders to pass through. We tried to rectify this to some extend but the end result did not look good. We still persevered however the pole split at the bend. I had purchased 3 tracks so we tried again with another one. The same happened but as we needed curtains up that night we tried to continue. It was very difficult to attached the track to the wall of the bay. We ended up throwing 2 tracks away. I have saved the third track for a straight window but haven't tried it yet. Waste of money.
