Having worked professionally in Pest Control for a number of years, this bellows is an extremely poor performer compared to what I used professionally. I was forced to attached a garden hose to the end of the supplied plastic pipe, gain some kind of angle then try to pump uphill. Not great at all. Read more	Really sorry that you found this product not suited for purpose. We have been selling these for over ten years and I have personally used this type of duster to deal with several hundred wasps nests. It can be useful to place a pebble in with the dust as the powder can become compacted in the base of the cannister and therefore not get ejected as it should. Also it could help to turn the unit clockwise (right over) to dislodge compacted dust, or shake the duster vigourously. When trying to dust vertically you will need to ensure the dust cannister is well filled. There could be an issue with the type of dust being used. Are you using something we supplied? Bob Guy
