The people at the end of the phone were very friendly and helpful. The website was disappointing - I couldn't order online as the webpages weren't displaying properly, only the homepage was displaying as it should.

I do think that a £4.99 charge for delivery was very high. The packaging that it came in was excessive (maybe to justify the charge!) - it was an envelope inside a jiffy bag, inside a box which was probably four times larger than the jiffy bag.
