Service rating : Ordered goods which were in stock; Called Park Gardens a few days later and told to contact 4 Square their delivery company. No reply; left message; no call back. Re-contacted Park Gardens and eventually spoke to 4 Square who for reasons they wouldn't explain couldn't deliver for 2 weeks. Agreed delivery date which they failed to keep so after much aggravation had to cancel order. To their credit Park Gardens apologised and refunded payment promptly. Don't understand why they use such an awful delivery company.Product rating : Park Gardens never delivered so can't say.

Service rating : Excellent and quick delivery of purchase but I reserve my comments on the Company until I find out how well they deal with the damaged chair I have mentioined below.Product rating : Well pleased with the Bistro Set but although being well packaged for transportation one of the chair arms had snapped at the narrowest section of the arm. I have informed the sales team by email with a photograph of the damage and I await their response.

I e-mailed Park Garden Centres to ask for advice regarding the weight of the parasol base I would require for the parasol I wished to purchase. I received a prompt reply. I was delighted to receive an e-mail informing me of the exact day my parasol would be delivered. Few companies do this. I would certainly use the company again.

One thing puzzled me, why gift vouchers were sendt in a large box by courier would it not be more cost effective to use 1st class post for vouchers?
