Office hours are too short...not able to discuss the price increases which I have to say were considerable....I used to recommend Parcels Please a lot, and know feel embarrassed as the prices are a lot higher than they used to be, so as a result I will no longer suggest your firm...think you may loose a lot of overseas business......

Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is very much appreciated. The prices on the website have not been increased recently at all - prices to France for example start from only £14.50+vat. What you are perhaps referring to are the prices for areas which are called 'extended areas' - for areas which are far from a delivery depot, UPS charge a surcharge. DPD, a service which is no longer available on the website, does not have any extended areas and as such no charges were applied to any shipments. It's entirely possible that when pricing on the website, you're sending to or collecting from an extended area and this is why the price seems more expensive - these charges have always been applied to UPS services, it's just that you've been using DPD and never had to think about them. To clarify, our services to and from France still start at only £14.50+vat and I do hope that you will continue to recommend ParcelsPlease services.
