Pickup a bit late in the day. Some way of informing the client about times would be valuable.

Thank you very much for taking the time to contact us with your feedback. Unfortunately we're unable to specify a time for collection as our carriers collect any time between 9am and 6pm. Many of our customers have their parcels collected from a neighbour or place of work - this means that they don't need to wait in all day for the courier to arrive.
