Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to contact us with your feedback. I'm sorry you don't feel the new look website is as easy to use. The website has gone through rigorous usability testing and has received a lot of very good feedback from customers. With the addition of the quick quote section on the homepage of the website, the general consensus is that the website is much quicker. The ParcelsPlease account section is also far more beneficial to customers and companies using the website, offering the ability to re-print labels, view payment history, use the Prepay facility and create a personal address book. I'm sure that as with any new system, it'll possibly just take some time to get used to - fundamentally however the booking form hasn't changed in any way, it's the same information which is required. Thank you very much once again for taking the time to give us your feedback.
