Simple website, but no criteria given for size/weight/location of parcel to cost the advertised £14.50 to deliver to France. My parcel cost £37.00, yet it was under 30kg and fairly standard sized box.

Thank you very much for taking the time to contact us with your feedback. Having looked at your order, I can confirm that the address in France to which you were sending is classed as an 'extended area' - this is an area which is situated far away from a delivery depot and which therfore incurrs a surcharge from the courier. This is why your shipment did not qualify for the £14.50 offer. The website will offer quotations based on the information (weight, dimensions, postcodes) entered during the booking process - the website will therefore pick up on any extended areas and add the additional charge accordingly. We provide information about this on our Parcels to Europe and Parcels to France pages as per the below: "CONDITIONS APPLY: Prices listed will alter according to the weights, dimensions and postcodes entered on the website. Shipments to/from extended areas will incur an extra charge – this will be included in the quotation provided. Please ensure you enter the weight and dimensions of your parcels accurately. Additional charges may apply to parcels heavier or larger than stated." Many thanks once again for giving us your feedback. If there's ever anything we can clarify for you, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
