That is not helpful to be told it was dispatched on the 3rd of June and is in the post. The point is, it has not been delivered after fourteen days. My request to be refunded also goes ignored. The customer service is getting worse, not better. Product rating : Items never delivered and Outdoor just repeats same unhelpful response. I do not wish to be a customer any more. I want my money back.
