Thanks for the feedback, we look to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt. Sometimes the postal service can be slow but normally it should only take 3-5 days to come through Royal Mail. We'll investigate.

Product rating : I bought two hoodies on their website, a medium and a large, though when they arrived it turned out they were not the exact same ones that i ordered off the website. The sizes were technically right, although the medium fitted like a mens large/extra large so I didn't even try on the large that i had ordered. The hoodies were also extremely heavy and uncomfortable as around the neckline of the hoodie, the seam and padding there meant it felt like there was a rope fitted inside it.
