Early booking but allocation on arrival did not work out for us as we arrived late in the day and were allocated a clean 1 bed apartment in a narrow alley with no views except other roofs luckily after 4 days we managed to get moved to a nice duplex with views

was great and helpful08-Mar-2013really nice service and all my holiday was amazing apart from the return flight with monarch which we had to land in Venice Italy to put some fuel then go to Birmingham and the flight took nearly 8 hours and i had small baby so was bit stress and long flight for me
Pity that to get Ryanair`s boarding passes I had to make 2 visits. Good forewarnings from your co. and the combination deals looked attractive for the foture
Quick easy and painless booking. Low cost and quick to answer questions on line. Telephe calls answered promply no hanging on for an age. I will certainly use the site again.

Very good service from booking to arriving at the resort. Our return flight was delayed 22 hours and the service we received from Ryanair at this time was quite poor, however this was not attributable to On the Beach.
Unfortunately the website let me go through the booking process for a holiday that was no longer available, but were helpful on the phone when I wanted to sort this out.
