easy to use and book, slight problem with the extra airport parking, was unable to retrieve details after booking to check for shuttle to airport.
You should have more knowledge of who you sub contract out transfers to! The company you acquired had no buses and tried to make us pay for our own taxis as they didn't have any buses which we had per paid for!!!!!
Efficient and helpful
Having travelled the world with all the major airlines, I failed to note the small print 'additional extra' con regarding baggage, I subsequently had to traipse around the airports looking to pay exorbitant baggage extras (£120 each way). I feel that 'On the Beach' failed to advertise honestly.

Good but only hitch was transfer company didn't contact Hotel to let us know what time they would pick us up and we had to contact them.
The only assistance I needed during the month was my return flight on line check in & boarding card print out. The rep refused to do this for me. Last year Mercury Direct did it for me.

Service was good, reception where helpful and so was the waiters in the dining areas. Clean and food was great, a few minutes walk from sea shore.
We looked at booking luggage but that was quite a bit more expensive than the airline charges so only took hand luggage

Have a good selection of reasonably priced holiday options but be warned that the cheap "come on" car hire prices available from their recommended sub suppliers are just that e.g. £30 hire per week ended up as nearer £150 with the optional £45 full insurance package and the non refundable mandatory £75 charge for a tank of petrol (in advance and whether you used it all or not i.e. you are supposed to return the car with an empty tank)!
