The information received regarding the meet and greet parking was totally incorrect. Despite telephone calls to On the Beach and their confirmation regarding the fact that we would be met at the airport and the car taken from us from there we were given an incorrect phone number and had to make alternative arrangements the day before travel. In addition we were told that we would be refunded for the car parking element of the charges during a telephone conversation with their representatives but then we were told that we would not be refunded.

The booking process was easy straight forward but after that the service needs improvement I sent numerous messages regarding my hotel and just got pointless messages some the same message when I didn't even ask that question so that part didn't help I had to ring the hilyon myself
