Good prices and easy to book. OTB chased up a query quickly and efficiently and even emailed us on the day of the holiday to wish us a good time.

Everything was fine apart from the transfer shuttle bus not turning up So my wife and i had to jump on another bus which took 1.5 hrs for a 20 min transfer , not happy!
Booking was easy enough although was concerned the booking didn't seem to be confirmed until the next day? Also the credit card charge was very high!

Did not find our transfer bus to our hotel for a while because we were. Not told we're to go need more you need to tell the holiday maker a bit more information on we're o go when they land
Information from "On the Beach" was spot on
I was very irritated with having to log into the website to receive any correspondance. plus the special email address given to me to use for flights- It was all made far more complicated than it needed to be. It meant checking details on a mobile near on impossible due to all the extra passwords and details to actually get into your mail from the beach. I would not use again for this reason. Will book directly with airline.
Site easy to use and found the exact holiday we were looking for
First time used On The Beach and everything was as booked with no problems
Booking was easy and good price, only complaint is that the the transport from the airport to resort was badly organised and everyone had to wait to get in buses as drivers did not know where they were going, our names were not on the list, driver also danaged my suitcase by shoving it in an overloaded boot and slamming door on it, ripping the case. I have previously had problems with on the beach, where we were not expected at a hotel as had no record of us staying with them, if I had not had my vouchers, this could of been disastrous.

we only booked flights through On the Beach, but they couldn't provide us with the flights that we booked at the price we booked them at (we booked one evening and they rang us the next morning) The cost was about £100 per person more, I think, so made our holiday more expensive, but we'd booked everything else on the night before, so had to go over budget.
The Beach helped in every way possible to get us a good deal and a decent place to stay; they also made sure we could contact them if there were any problems while we were there. They were great.
The service was completely bad. I made the booking, then they send an order cancellation. So I went to 'manage your booking', in the on the beach web site and I cancelled the booking at all. The problem? Two days later they got the charges of the booking from my bank account. Unbelievable.

If your advertising hotels , make sure yr information is atleast close to being an accurate description !!!!!!!!
Had a few small issues with the website but overall very easy to book and good service
flight prices advertised were not the price we had to pay when i phoned them to book they explained the price had just increased by 40 pound per person
