Had a fantastic time on our trip with oceans. Saw some beautiful sights including dolphins, turtles, sting rays and a 'sea cow'. Plus hundreds of beautifully coloured fish. The guide and crew were all brilliant and really knew their stuff. They were very friendly and a good time was had by all on board! Would definitely go again when we return to Egypt!

Brilliant day out. Experienced and very helpful staff, issues of safety well addressed accommodating all levels of abilities. The boat was very comfortable and beautiful, the food was well prepared, presented and tasted great! The camera man 'Smile' captured the day and the video, (which we bought ) FABULOUS!! Overall a good service. However one crew member A young Egyptian diver who did the video shoot of the day upset my daughter . She told me when we got back to the cruise he was pestering her and made her feel uncomfortable . he was the only one who went in the water with the divemaster . Find him and sack him !!
This is the 4th Oceans classic trip we have done from Marsa Alam. There were only 8 people on the trip,so plenty of room. Steena(Stina),was in charge of the day,and was very friendly and very informative about what we were likely to see.We saw three turtles,and amazingly,the dugong,which is the 3rd time in 4 trips we have seen him,felt very privileged. The crew were friendly,and very attentive,and had a good sense of humour.As always,a great lunch was provided,as we're I.D. Cards,and snorkelling equipment available if needed.All in all,a great day out. Terry and Belinda.

Highly recommend this trip - highlight of our holiday in Marsa Alam. We went on the Oceans Red Sea trip from Port Ghalib, Marsa Alam. Family of 4,with two kids aged 9 and 12 who had not snorkelled much before. The 20 minute boat ride to the bay was lovely on the luxury cruiser. Knowledgeable & friendly staff help with the equipment. The bay itself is shallow - so ideal for first timers at snorkelling and any kids a little afraid of deep water. Would be a perfect place to do a try dive - next time we will do that! The coral reef is beautiful with lots of fish & corals and little inlets to swim into. There is a deeper section at the mouth of the bay. Our only complaint is that we would have liked to have been there longer as we all really enjoyed it! We bought the DVD that the onboard cameraman shot and its a lovely souvenir of the trip. Remember to smile at the camera so you are on film if you want to buy it! Thanks to Bernie, Smile and Corinne.

Very well organised, and very patient with the beginners. Enjoyed the whole day including the food. The staff were friendly, good fun and were quick to point out the various fish we were looking at.

A great Company with top class staff who look after you to ensure you have a good experience and an enjoyable day out. They go out of their way to ensure you see the sealife, especially turtles and the dugong. Food on board an immaculate and exceptionally comfortable boat was really good with bottled soft drinks and tea / coffee on tap. Definitely a trip to book if you are in Marsa Alam.

It was very professional
The team were fab, very friendly, helpful and health and safety was a top priority for these guys, we felt very safe and well looked after. The boat was large enough for all guests to spread out and sunbathe . Lunch was super, very tasty and plenty of it. We would highly recommend this trip, magical :)
Experienced diver (400+ recorded dives) - Only on a one-day dive package while on a Red Sea cruise, but service was excellent. Good boat, friendly crew, superb food. Excellent dive guide with thorough briefing. 10/10 - highly recommended.
Best value day out all holiday, the snorkelling was amazing, the food was really good, Melanie, our host for the day was very knowledgeable on the local area, and Mohamed looked after the 8 year old with us, he could not swim, but by the end of the day, Mohamed had him in the water snorkelling with a float. We did two try dives. Mine was fine - I have dived a lot before, albeit a long time ago. My partner is less experienced and we felt he was rushed and not given an opportunity to feel comfortable. He nearly decided to give up. Safety basics were not covered. It was me that had to ask what to do if we felt something was going wrong!
good day, the food was very different to what we like but I guess that is what the Egyptians eat, would have preferred some thing like an open sandwich.

One of, if not the best, snokling trips I've been on in terms of explaination and information provided. Nothing was too much trouble for the Guys and I felt very comfortable with them. A very professional team. One point I would make is this. It was very windy the day we went out and the trip back was quite 'bouncy'. I did not mind this and there was no unease amongst the fellow passengers. However, I don't remember any information being given about life jackets etc in the event of a catastrophy, unlikely but you never know. Thanks again for a great day!
