Immediate service and fast delivery, and even when the item ordered was not suited to purpose the staff dealt with it right away, and very satisfactorily. For myself as a customer, there were no problems, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in using O'Gormans again.

Couldn't be better really. Ordered my microwave lunchtime Thur and had it by Fri afternoon. There was another vendor on the internet selling same item a few quid cheaper but I got the impression O'Gormans would be the more reliable/reputable of the two. It appears I was right. Recommended.

Delivery OK, package and Dualit toaster OK; however, no guarantee card in box with toaster - I don't know who is responsible for this - had the toaster been unpacked at some point before I received it?

Amazing speed of delivery (next day), it would have been nice to know that would be the case though.
Delivery not good. Despite being at home, found card on doormat saying item would be delivered the next day or we could travel 30 miles to depot to collect. Tried contacting delivery company by phone and email. No response except for acknowledgement of my email. Other companies text when in area or email with expected delivery slot. Toaster doesn't work! Spoke to Magimix and O'Gormans who said that they would phone me back last Wednesday. No call so far (Monday) on either landline nor mobile.

Excellent customer service! ! Great product and fast delivery. Only problem i had was that an item that was said to be included wasn't delivered. Turned out it was a mistake on their website but they honured it anyway and the item was delivered next day. Yes I know legally they had to anyway but there was no argument or any suggestion that they wouldn't honour what was displayed on their website. A rare example of top customer service these day's when its usual for retailers to try every trick in the book to get out of something! Well done O'gormans. Highly recommend.

Site that referred me to O'Gormans said prices included p&p; which they didn't although price still just OK. Also carrier ignored delivery instructions and delivery failed twice - successful when contacted direct and pointed out delivery instructions.
