The purchase experience was excellent.
But the SagePay acknowledgement was not really a receipt; it does not even mention what the goods were, only the amount of money.
I did not get any other receipt either emailed or sent to me.
Now that I have a problem with the product I am worried that the manufacturer will not accept the sagePay acknowledgement as a proper proof of purchase.
Can you send out proper receipts or invoices, please?
