I ordered an album for my wedding, which was last year 2010, with a personalised blind embossing. A day later a lady called to confirm I had the right year and I that hadn't meant 2011. I thought that was such a lovely thing to do and I will now always recommend them to friends, as the customer service was second to none. Well done and keep it up.
