I was dissapointed to see that what I had ordered on the website was different from what was delivered. On my first conversation with customer service, they failed to understand what the issue was. I was informed that it would be 24 hours before someone could get back to me. In fact, the wait was considerably less then this and the problem although not resolved was dealt with subsequently in a more customer friendly way. My main issue is that advertising a product on promotion on the website and then delivering a completely different product of inferior quality, is not what I would expect of Nesbits.

Apologies for any confusion, It seems we had source what was believed to be a matching product from an alternative supplier. Having checked the stock following your feedback we found the differences which you have advised us of. I understand you have resolved this with customer services. Thank you for taking time to leave us further feedback.

|The item I ordered Hygiplas Spatula was not delivered. I received an inferior product made by a different manufacturer. After some investigation, it turns out that the item on the website Hygiplas- is no longer in stock. However, the promotion is still on the website, with no mention that a different product will be delivered. Not only is this irritating to customers, but it is also very misleading.|
