I was buying for an organisation and wanted the invoice in my name which didnt happen and when I requested an amendment or cancel that invoice and reissue I was told you couldn't. I work in accounts it is EASY to do. So yes I have had a poor experience

Service rating : Good website and very speedy delivery. Sadly, I was lied to by a lady on the phone when I wanted to return the item about a 25% restocking charge. When I called the returns dept this was not true. Poor customer Service!

Blue Seal Turbofan Convection Oven - 95Ltr 4x1/1 GN (Direct)

Service rating : several of the sales team I spoke with before making my purchase of the £1000+ oven had no idea about it, e.g the fact it was even a listed product in the catalogue! suitability for my requirements. One chap just read out the spec info on the website, clearly no expertise which I found very surprising for a company specialising in catering equipment..
Product rating : The delivery of this was direct from the supplier, had I not phoned Nisbetts I would have had no idea that the oven was going to be delivered that same day I phoned. I had been given no notification and was just about to go out to do a shop for ingredients. Jane in customer services kindly phoned Blue seal to get the information, but she said it is not something she normally does. This delivery system of being kept in the dark is terrible for small businesses such as mine...why can't you run the same delivery system for this as the mixer delivery...Take responsibility for it yourself and ensure customers can track progress. Otherwise you end up with disgruntled customers and this is not a cheap product!!!! As it happened my oven was delivered around 5.15pm, Jason at the Transport company phoned me at 2.50pm to let me know, he was very courteous and apologised for putting it on a Peterborough lorry and not a Spalding one.
