Fantastic teaching - really worthwhile - made such a difference in a short space of time
A fantastic experience for our children's first time on skis! Both Gav & Simone were incredibly patient, kind and above all FUN - which meant Charley & Emmy instantly loved skiing and cannot wait to go again! The little extras of the certificate and badge at the end of the four lessons were a lovely surprise and a real boost to their confidence. Thank you too to Mel, who's advise regarding lessons was spot on and meant we had a wonderfully relaxed holiday with happy children! I was incredibly impressed with Simone. He knew straight away what I needed and wanted confidence wise and was able to take me to the next level of ability very rapidly. Friendly and knowledgeable instructors who really focus on the individual needs of each pupil in the (small) groups. Vastly superior to the over crowded ESF schools, who wouldn't even know the names of everyone in their group, and often struggle with English speaking pupils.
Rather imbalanced ProExplore group, bit more teaching on first day and exploring moguls would have improved the days, but limited by third member's reluctance to 'engage'.
Simone is a brilliant instructor and identified our flaws very quickly. He then set about correcting them step-by-step in a logical, well-explained way - all this with a big smile on his face!! We have had quite a few lessons in the past and Simone is, by far and away, the best instructor we've had. We thoroughly enjoyed the course and will recommend New Gen to anyone that will listen!!

Our son says "my lessons with Gavin were brilliant because I liked skiing on the forest run". Excellent communication from initial enquiry to booking to meeting for first lesson. He thought Gavin was excellent and so did we, after the tears and language barriers with a different ski school last year it was great to have a big wave goodbye and still see big smiles 2 hours later. Would and will recommend ski new gen in serre chevalier. Thank you.
Had a 2 hr off piste lesson with Gavin at Villeneuve, he is a great instructor, not only did we cover off piste skills but also my basic on piste skills which was excellent for me. I wont forget the "pedalling a bike" analogy. He instilled confidence and gave encouragement throughout the lesson, I practiced the training over the the following days to the point where I am now a competent off piste skier. Have another trip planned in 3 Valleys in a couple of weeks and will definitely be booking another couple of sessions with the New Generation Team.
we really enjoyed our skills lesson and off-piste guided adventure with Simone. It was wonderful to have such good company, instruction and guiding, so please pass on our thanks to him. The Montagnole valley will stick in the memory for a while! If we have any friends or family visiting Serre Che we will be sure to recommend NewGen to them. Many thanks for excellent lessons that my daughters (aged 8 and 13) had with Gavin. They were really pleased at achieving their BASI levels 5 and 7. Gavin really makes the lessons fun, enjoyable and instruction is of a very high standard. My daughters always love the way they explore the bumps and jumps off the main piste. Never a dull moment!

The lessons given to us by Simone and Kiki were superb. They were professional and fun. Their English was excellent. Our skiing advanced hugely and we were encouraged to challenge ourselves yet we always felt safe and never overfaced in our lessons. Should we go back to Serre Chevalier we would not consider having lessons with anyone else and encourage others to consider them too. Thank you to you all - you enabled us to enjoy our trip even more than we thought we would!
